My romantic escape at Mercure Lyon Est Chaponnay was truly delightful. The recently renovated hotel is all about elegance and comfort. Upon arrival, the friendly staff welcomed us warmly, ensuring our late-night check-in was smooth. Our room, though not overly spacious, was impeccably clean and well-equipped.The highlight of our stay was the delicious buffet breakfast served in the charming dining room on the ground floor. The variety of local specialties offered a delightful start to our day. Additionally, the presence of chef Mélanie POISSON, known for her cuisine made from fresh, seasonal produce, further elevated our dining experience.The hotel's location at the crossroads between the Alps and the Mediterranean provided a serene setting, perfect for relaxation. The convenient access to a shopping mall, a McDonald's, and a steakhouse nearby offered us plenty to explore in the evenings. Mercure Lyon Est Chaponnay is a wonderful choice for travelers seeking comfort, style, and a touch of culinary excellence.
